Product Warranty
global-ink.com guarantees all of its products to meet or exceed OEM standards set by the largest companies in the world. We guarantee all of our compatible inkjet cartridges for a full 1 year from manufacturing defects, no questions asked. Our compatible cartridges have a shelf life of 2 years as our state-of-the-art vacuum sealing keeps them fresh.
Remanufactured cartridges are guaranteed for 90 days and must not have been used more than 30% for a full refund. We provide an additional 90 days for replacement. To aid in returns of these cartridges, we provide a postage paid mailer for your added convenience. We recommend that you donate the empty HP cartridges to us to help save the environment and keep your costs lower.
Computer Products are guaranteed for 30 days to be free from defects. Customer is responsible for the cost to return any computer products to global-ink.com.
Any returned computer products found not to be defective will incur a processing and handling fee of $9.95 which will be deducted from any refund or applied to any adjustment. We don't like to do this but with the cost of shipping the item, repacking and then reselling as a used product due to the high volume of wrong memory ordered, it is necessary.
Refill Kits and paper are excluded from any warranty.
